Frequently asked questions
What happens to customers' photos?
They are processed on servers in the EU, used only to produce your result and never shared with the customer or third parties. Uninstall the app and the store's data is deleted within 48 hours.
Can it show exactly where the damage was edited in?
No. When an AI editor changes a photo it re-renders the whole image, so the signal sits in every pixel. The heatmap shows where the signal is strongest – the verdict is about the image as a whole.
Does it work on WhatsApp, Messenger and screenshot images?
Yes. The model is trained on exactly that kind of compression and resizing, because that is how return photos arrive.
Do I need Gorgias or Zendesk?
No. The app works on its own: drop a photo in Shopify admin or use the panel on the order page. The integrations make it automatic.
What if Veriflied is wrong?
