3 · Findings get classified
Your own channels and approved resellers are whitelisted automatically. Stock images are recognised. What remains are the real findings: suspected and confirmed thefts, geometrically verified down to the stolen region.

Do I have to upload my images myself?
No. You enter your domain and verify ownership — VeriWatch crawls your product pages itself via sitemap and structured product data and keeps the index updated as you add new items. CSV upload exists as an alternative if you prefer.
Do you catch cropped and edited copies too?
Yes. VeriWatch uses copy-detection technology robust to cropping, mirroring, filters and recompression, and every finding is geometrically verified so we can pinpoint exactly which region of your image was reused. It goes into the evidence package.
Will you flag my own channels and resellers?
No. Your own domain and CDNs are whitelisted automatically at setup, and you can approve resellers and marketplaces with one click. Stock images you legitimately licensed are recognised and categorised separately.
Can the evidence package be used legally?
The evidence package contains a screenshot, raw HTML, cryptographic hashes and a timestamp for each finding — documentation of what was online when. The takedown letters are templates, not legal advice, but the package is built to support a complaint to a platform, payment processor or lawyer.
Where is data processed?
All processing happens on servers in the EU, like everything at Veriflied. Your catalogue is used for nothing but your own monitoring.
